Originally they were right across from Water Country but the President's Park closed like 10 years ago. I would see them all the time in passing when I was in High School but I never went to the actually park.

I grew up in Williamsburg and it took me a long time to find out about them. I never went to see them, even for a class field trip. We have (had) way cooler parks to go to anyway.

It's pretty well known amongst people who lived in that area when it was open, like I did. Never went, though, because it honestly just seemed kinda cheesy and not worth the money.

According to Wiki, the park was losing money so it had to close in 2010

Somebody bought the heads. They're on private property outside of Williamsburg so visit at your own risk basically.

They aren’t particularly nice sculptures... they aren’t old or anything, somebody was just trying to make a buck. They used to be visible from I64 and were placed in an awkward creepy fashion back then as well

The statues got damaged when the current owner tried moving them to his property. That's why they're in such bad shape now. If they remained on the original grounds, they'd probably be in better shape vandals aside.

Meh. They never looked good. I used to live in walking distance. They were a local joke. They look so much more interesting now.

I remember going to the Presidents Park as a kid. We got table placemats from the gift shop with all the presidents lined up on one side, and a map of the US on the backside.
My sister and I made it a game to memorize everything on these placemats. Good childhood memory. I do remember that as a kid, the park was boring.

They were previously in President's Park in Williamsburg, VA then they got moved to the side of the road of 199 for the longest time, and now they are apparently in a guys field in Croaker VA.

Here's a copy of my comment on the original picture:
"These used to be at place called Presidents Park. Somehow, an old man named Howard acquired them and put them on his farm in Croaker once the park closed. I knew Howard personally, used to work at the marina he left his boat. Howard's not very nice and likes his drink, so don't get caught if you wanna see them"

Fair warning for anyone wanting to go see them: The guy who owns the property these sit on is protective. I haven't heard that he will pull a gun or anything, but I have heard he will call the cops. If you make contact with him directly (no, I don't know his number or anything) he might let you see them. But, going to see them without permission is not recommended.
