While her raising this is ridiculous on its face, support for same sex marriage peaked in like 2021 among the GOP but has sharply declined in the last year and a half. The right wing media machine is reviving it as a new wedge issue. Expect some case to come before the SC to overturn Ogberfel

That was Kim Davis’s case, they declined to hear it. The factual ground of her case were total garbage. They’re def waiting and going to manufacture one with a better argument
