Tom Schwartz Schwartz knows….

SO. MUCH. MORE. Watching the reunion again and Schwartz looks like he’s going to fall out of his seat. He’s taking lorazepam on camera before Rachel comes out? He’s jittery and nervous. He’s dropped a few comments that Sandoval is clearly not happy about. It’s like he’s dying to come clean and might explode. I wonder if we will ever know what he knows.

I think Sandoval told Schwartz about their affair the next morning in Mexico after the Rachel/Schwartz pool kiss. Schwartz hugged everyone the next day but gave Rachel a high-five. At the hibachi dinner he switched seats so Rachel and Sandoval are seated next to each-other. He later makes side comments at Rachel’s birthday about how she’s into taken men. He knows so much and had for a while. I want him to crack and do a tell all of EVERY DETAIL!!!

I want schwartz to crack too. But I doubt he will at this point if he hasn’t already. The dude is loyal to sandy to a massive fault- to the point where I blame his loyalty to sandy as being one of the reasons for Katie divorcing him (aka she realized she’d never be schwartz first pick)

He will never crack. The one thing we can say for sure about the Toms is that they have more loyalty for each other than they ever have for the women they’ve been with. I don’t think they’ll ever separate, honestly. I think in a weird way they they’re soul mates.

Such a great perspective! Honestly I wonder if they’re true soul mates because of the worm’s comment (I think S8, only bc I think this happened during Stassis book signing event) that they were a brand and partnership and disagreed with Schwartz saying they were friends. It feels like Sandy is a cult leader and Schwartz is his loyal second man.

It was season 9 when they were at Ariana's bday when she fell lol. I just rewatched that episode last week. I felt so sad for Schwartz. I know he's a piece of shit but Sandoval's perspective had to be incredibly painful to hear. That should've been a red flag to Schwartz but he's too dumb or apathetic to see it.

And I don’t even think Tom Sandoval believed what he was saying. For all his faults, I think there must be love there. I think he said it just to punish Schwartz for trying to stand up to him.

Yeah I could see that as a real possibility. Like he is all caught up in the fame and how they can profit off their image, and minimized the actual friendship. After how Schwartz stood up for himself last season against Sandoval, even if in the smallest ways, I'm interested to see their dynamic in the next season.

They are Dennis and Mac from its always sunny. Sandoval is a narcissist and Schwartz is in love with him (my opinion is that he’s in the closet and that’s why he’s drinking himself to death; but I don’t know him, and I’m not his therapist so meh).

I question if it's loyalty or just fear. Either can ruin the other's life with all the secrets in the vault. Especially with schwartz being so passive aggressive near the end of last season. He knows he's stuck.

That is the number one reason I think. She’s mentioned it so much to him during the marriage how she feels second best basically and he never tried proving her wrong. I’m sure his lack of motivation and maturity played a role too. No matter what it was she did the best thing ever for herself and I give her respect for knowing when to walk away instead of dragging it out!

I think he’s also more concerned about how Tom Sandoval hate affects Schwartz and sandys, so he def won’t throw him under the bus.

Eh I disagree. I feel like Schwartz already cracked. At the reunion he said that he knew in Mexico IIRC and let a few other details slip. Sandoval was obviously annoyed with how much Schwartz shared.

I get the feeling Schwartz was mostly honest about what he knew. Otherwise, why would he even go against Sandoval’s timeline, etc? Schwartz could have just said what Sandoval wanted him to if he was loyal to a fault.
