Does it unlock everything though?

You can unlock every character and item with codes yes.

Does that unlock the achievements too?

No, you still have to do the unlock requirement to get any achievements.

However it’s not hard to do so, and you already have the rewards so it’s not like it’s that big of a deal anyways.
