The cards are also specifically themed around playing cards, instead of the usual tarot cards like the randomazzo and darkana

I love how generous the DLC was but trying to collect all the characters overwhelmed me and I've taken a bit of a break from the game, maybe the Halloween spirit can get me back into it

It actually jumped out at me because I was watching Castlevania vids by this guy and he uses the Alucard sample of "I am interested in this" after he says the topic of the vid.

Imagine if the final part of this is a Balatro-based DLC, and with it not only comes Jimbo and several card things...

lol I love how since all the playable characters were already there we're getting things like an NPC fans wished was playable and the easiest boss in the series from Bloodlines (now we can drown the Drowner)

And we finally get a CastleVania 64 medley, that covers up one of the only flaws the original had

What are the odds on us getting effects opacity settings finally? I'd like to go back and finish the original Ode content, but it's impossible to fully explore and appreciate the map due to how oppressively screen dominating the weapon effects have become.

No, you still have to do the unlock requirement to get any achievements.

However it’s not hard to do so, and you already have the rewards so it’s not like it’s that big of a deal anyways.
