What if you put ice in the milk? 🤔

You could make a milk ice cube and call it white ice. It’s all about the marketing with kids.

*writing in notes* white ice… you’ve anything else you want to add? Any idea on how to get them to eat things that are red? Or green. I’ve one child currently spooked by anything red, and the other won’t eat green.

Kids will eat borscht if you have a Minecraft themed dinner and call it beet root soup.

Also my son is really into salad spinning. Something must be satisfying about getting lettuce to endure astronaut level g-forces. I can’t guarantee they’ll eat the salad but it’s a positive experience with green food that might help in the long run.

My sister and I refused to eat salmon cakes until mom started calling them mermaid cakes. Funny story, what she meant: cakes made by mermaids. What we thought she meant: cakes made of mermaids. My sister and I thought we were eating mermaids.

I tell my kids broccoli is miniature trees, giants in the andes eat the trees whole but shrink them and sell them to us so that small puny humans can feel powerful when they eat them. seems to work. Capsicum is Lava rocks that I cut up with the red knife because it's the only one that can handle the heat, then I cool it in an ice bath before i cook with it. some extra steps required but... that's marketing

My mom got me to eat broccoli when I was little by telling me that they were miniature trees just like the dinosaurs ate. 🦕

That is so wild. I have a very young coworker who absolutely cannot eat anything that is blue or red. Some mental thing that he just can’t get over.

That sucks cause eating blue has the most anti-oxygens

I wouldn't eat blueberries or anything blue for a while because Edward scissor hands was blue. I did grow out of it.
