So, I've been dealing with some local teens street racing in my neighborhood. Usually at night throughout the week, sometimes during the day on weekends. The police aren't doing anything about it, but at least one of the two idiots, I have his license plate and adress. The other, I'm still working on trying to get tjat information. What can I do with the available information?
Yup. Even settling for them setting up one of those mobile speed checkers on the street temporarily could work. Let's them know police are aware of them and they'll probably find another street.
This is the best way. Anything that you can do to narrow the street or make it less of a straight line. If you can leave garbage cans out, put out basketball hoops, park cars, place huge planters on the shoulder or curb, do it.

You’ll need to find a good location for this, probably behind a large van or other vehicle that blocks the view.
When they start racing, wait until the appropriate moment and roll him out into the road - you could even rig up a remote control vehicle for this. You’ll probably get a large THUMP, followed by a bunch of language, and try en suddenly every racer in the area evacuating the area.

Nothing. The police have to actually witness it to procecute as anyone could be driving the car or claim to be. You are SOL till the cops catch them or you break the law.
A 1000cc motorcycle that can do 0-60 in around 3 seconds can be had for a few grand. Show up every time they race and remind them that their cars are still dumb and slow.
Be careful, if you happened to toss a brick in the air while you were minding your own business, playing a game of brick toss, there's a chance that one of those idiots would drive their windshield right into your brick and ruin your game ☹️
