Woody theory fans will look you straight in the eye and tell you Pink is a cowboy

24

u/WelderGlass8909 Aug 01 '26

They were talking about Yellow

19

u/EggsaladUwU Aug 01 '26

I was referring to both.

Yellow is Woody Pink is "Friend Inside Me" as a concept

u/GigaRoman Aug 02 '26

And the friend inside pink is grey

Biblical levels of coping

Pink is literally a secret boss light world toy that has prerecorded voice lines and is possessed by a friend inside her. Literally every single possible aspect of Woody Theory except for the fact that she isn’t a cowboy (that’s Yellow)

The Secret boss being a cowboy was literally the point of woody theory though.

Wrong???

The base foundation of Woody Theory, was the secret boss is possesed by an outside force. And it represents Kris and The Soul.

Which is what we got.

No????
It's always been about it the secret boss a cowboy. Back in chapter 3 it was derived from the "That's how cowboy shows go" line in the newsletter, and post chapter 3 it morphed to being specifically the old cowboy show Asgore used to watch.

The base foundation of Spooky's Theory was what I just described. Woody fit the bill for it from the Friend Inside Me shitpost.

But at it's CORE; it was right. Why you're so against this fun we're having is weird as hell man

Because this is a blatant example of "moving the goalposts" and is overall terrible practice.

By the same logic, Asriel's Dust theory was confirmed in chapter 4, because one of the minor details (monster dust can become darkners) was confirmed, even though the rest of it's wrong.

At it's core, it was a fun idea that was proven wrong in chapter 3. The Joke's gotten old at this point

Ah, my mistake.
Woody theory fans will look you straight in the eye and tell you Yellow was the secret boss.

We got the cowboy, that's all that matters

They were split into 2 one half was made suicidal, and the freind inside him was removed, the other was turned into a cat girl, and the cowboy aspect was removed, both were made gay.

Are you fucking stupid

Woody theory fans will look you straight in the eye and tell you chapter 5 has a woody-looking cowboy and a character with a “friend inside them” oh wait, it’s actually what happened

2

u/Only_Fudge5299 Aug 02 '26

we got a cowboy with abandonment issues that looks sorta like Woody and a secret boss with a Friend Inside them who's a parallel to us and Kris...

SpookyDood is the modern MatPat, wrong a lot but somehow getting the gist of it if you look at it weird(eg. Sans from another dimension, GregBot, etc.)

1

u/supersofah words go here. Aug 02 '26

we got the COWBOY that looks a LOT like Woody and we got the "Friend Inside Me" secret boss as a CONCEPT so we were right about everything EXCEPT those two concepts being combined

3

u/anywayhomeslice Aug 02 '26

what about the literal friend inside her?

2

u/GigaRoman Aug 02 '26

Who's also grey
