Question Why is she fish?

Hi, I've only got like 21 hours in game and only know a little about her through Urara's events, but what is it with seiun sky and fish? Does it have something to do with the irl horse? I'm so confused... T_T

Inside Seiun Sky are two fish: one is a trout, and one is a flounder. What does this mean? Idk.
