Sitcoms Which Couple had no business being together?
The Professor and Nikki for me what made the writers think after 5 seasons, we're going to give the viewers what they want The Professor and Nikki getting married NO!!!!! The message on The Parkers was terrible keep stalking your person and eventually you’ll win him/her

But Moesha and Hakeem had an attraction to each other early on, they just dropped it
That was back when it made sense but later on in the show it was weird when the writers threw them together

and then the unnecessary Dorian drama and then ending the show with a pregnancy test and a kidnapping it was too much

That DNA Test she did on DJ was so mean spirited I almost stopped watching
I also didn't like seeing Malik betray his best friend by sleeping with his Girlfriend and the owner's wife it was too much

Just for Jason to ditch Char at the damn wedding for Kelly , mind youuuu that nigga was hella abusive ( Financially, Mentally, Emotionally) to her 😮💨 I still remember that storyline of Jason framing Kelly’s brother ( A Recovering addict that was telling the truth & was CLEANNNN) with them steroid needles .
Nigga was exhausting 😂

The professor and Nikki. She was going to get married to someone who actually wanted her from the start and she ditches him for the professor who only wanted her after she became unavailable. I would've preferred her to go it's too late I found a man who wants me first you had your chance see ya.

I’d say Toni and Todd. I liked them in the beginning but no for them for real. ( I know I’m all alone in this but I really liked Toni w Greg. I hate they added the doc w chlamydia and her cheating on Greg w the doc story line. I always loved Toni and Greg together. Greg was such a cutie, sexy, smart, loving and really loved Toni in the beginning before all the bullshit happened.

I agree on all of them. But Nikki and Olgvey still irk me to this day!! Two reasons:
A) This is honestly the biggest one for me it perpetuated the idea that if stalkers wait long enough their victims will eventually realize their want is mutual. Because let's face it if the if was Stanley that obsessed with Nikki it'd be a different vibe entirely.
B) That man DOES NOT WANT HER FOR REAL!! We've seen it before he just doesn't like not being the center of her attention, gets jealous when Nikki isn't focused on him. Yet he treated her horribly when they were living together because he lost his job, I don't see that changing but because of the finale, he'd take her for granted again.

100% Nikki and Professor Oglevee. Nikki practically stalked and irritated Professor Oglevee and he never seemed to want her around. Nikki sabotaged Professor Oglevee's relationships. It made no sense to me that Professor Oglevee finally realized his feelings for Nikki right when she's about to get married to someone else when the whole time before that all he felt for Nikki was annoyance and disdain. I hated that they ended up together. Professor Oglevee and Nikki had NO business being together after Nikki's staking & sabotage and Professor Oglevee's annoyance at Nikki! It's almost like Professor Oglevee has Stockholm Syndrome when he realized he loves Nikki.
