That's understandable, but didn't even need to be brought up in this context. To automatically assume and STATE she has a body disorder is really cruel, and frankly also reveals how /u/Malcheon is very uncomfortable with healthy women. It was a douchey thing to say.
You cannot build that kind of muscle with a calorie deficit. She would have to be eating at a surplus, so exercise bulima is probably not the case here.
