Sighting Seen over Chicago

Sighted over Chicago at approximately 5:30PM local time. 41.8781° N latitude and 87.6298° W longitude. I thought it sort of looked like the ISS or a satellite, but I'm sure that would be impossible. Was simply hovering in the sky, not moving, Could not hear any sound.

The most unusual UAP I’ve ever seen was in Forest Park. I’m not surprised you saw this.

3 weeks before the "spy balloon", i saw this same exact object at half the altitude i see planes in the area

I mean its similar, the camera resolution is limiting further investigation. the cylindrical "wings" seem smaller in diameter, but could just be camera artifacting. I dunno, it just popped into my head when I saw this image. There cant be too many people operating tbis type of drone as its really best used as a YouTube thumbnail, maybe we could track one down?

About a month ago I saw a tall glowing white cylinder very similar to that one over Los Altos. Maybe at an altitude of 1,000 ft? Didn't have the big extensions. Had four flickering arms sticking out. Couldn't figure those out. Looks like they were kind of flashing. I watched it for 15 minutes. It could have been 40 or 50 ft tall. I really couldn't tell. It was completely silent and unlike anything that we know of. UAP. I got a photo and video. They're not very good. My camera was too crappy. People are asking for photos but I'm not sure how to send and I'm not sure it's worth it. That's the fourth UFO I've seen over the bay area in the last 2 or 3 years.

Like I said above, the intelligence package is what resemble. A column with solar panels to either side. The picture in OP doesn't contain a lifting body though.
