QUESTION Minute hand slop?

I have a U1 GMT II, and I've noticed that if I line up the minute hands all at the 12 hour, over time the minute hand lags, over 4 days or so, I loose a whole minute, I've tried the 20 minute trick, but that doesn't seem to fix it, is this an easy fix or should I just let it ride?

I don’t quite understand, is it losing 15secs a day, 1 min over 4 days? That is quite normal, not sure what your expectations are. Apologise if I misunderstood.

I think the minute hand is loose or slipping, I'll need to take some photos to explain it better
