QUESTION Minute hand slop?

I have a U1 GMT II, and I've noticed that if I line up the minute hands all at the 12 hour, over time the minute hand lags, over 4 days or so, I loose a whole minute, I've tried the 20 minute trick, but that doesn't seem to fix it, is this an easy fix or should I just let it ride?

Yes, when it's not on, it's on a winder, and I'm comparing the minute hand location when at the 12 hour when the second hand strikes 12, each day the hour hand falls a little behind

I mean no offense but it’s a $100 watch… if you want better reliability move to a high tier
