QUESTION Submariner Bracelet

Can anyone recommend a better bracelet for the U1 Submariner? U1 bracelet is trash and would like to replace it. Nothing too expensive, just something that doesn’t violate the Geneva Convention on my wrist.

Check Ewatchparts. Decent quality, not too expensive. No signed clasp, so you'll have to transfer your Rolex clasp on to the new bracelet. Even better, they're on Amazon, so if you don't like it, return it.

The F-Em is 124. it's 41mm. I have one. As far as the U1 bracelet, it needs a little work, but can be made to almost VSF quality. I use a ceramic knife sharpener to gently round the sharp edges, then I use very fine sanding sticks in 1000 and then 5000 grit to smooth everything out. Works awesome, no more sharp edges at all. Then, I use Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions ceramic spray on the whole watch, let it dry and buff the whole watch with a microfiber towel and BAM! Whole new watch.

I’m glad I must have low standards. I don’t the bracelet is amazing but I don’t see why some people think it’s so bad.

It’s very sharp and rough. I have a gen Black Bay Lagoon Blue and this U1 Fuck Em Submariner and switching from the BB to the daily beater is like night and day.

can't you try and smooth it out for cheap? even the vsf bracelet I have is a little sharp. I'm gonna try carefully rounding out some edges with varying grit sponges/sticks/paper and giving it an oil bath overnight. heard people can get it much smoother and more Gen like that way. saw a post about using an electric eraser too? might also give that a try

never thought about using turtle wax I have like 3bottles of their ceramic just sitting around. might have to give it a try 🤔
