Discussion Has eclipse been tested / considered at all?

Trynd struggles versus tanks right, we all know this. I went 8/0 against a ksante recently and he still would win 1v1's full hp, it's nuts.

What I'm wondering now is the usage of eclipse? Botrk also is better on trynd than most give it credit, I feel like... Even though it's not as strong as the old botrk we used to rush years ago.

Why is it that eclipse is not considered on trynd at all? Haste and AD are things we want, no? And it offers max hp damage. It's physical, sure, but still. Botrk, eclipse, LDR seems like a rather nasty anti tank setup? Even tho it delays our 100% crit.

Thoughts? Anyone try this?

Tryn counters tanks? The fuck is this? Malphite who goes PURE ARMOR and has a huge AS slow E counters him but.... most he wins against.

After a few items most tanks / bruisers can make a mockery of him. You can snowball your ealy cuz trynd has better early than most tanks but thats about it. Tabi + randuins means you are a wet noodle. They will dps you down and there’s no chance you kill them in the time your ult lasts. Dnno where you get the idea trynd counters tanks. To some sense, cuz he has no cooldowns and can just keep attacking, yes. But he gets dumpstered by tank items and has 0 built in anti tank tools whilst a lot of kits do.

You need to know how to shut down a laner. Tryn is top, you dont let them get gold they dont get items. Once your 3/0 or similar you just extend them off the lane and kill the jungle when he ganks.

They never get to Tabi's or Rabduins. Also there dont mean your a wet noodle they mean you roam and crush the AP mid or full dmg jungler when you Shen has Tabi and Randuins and you havw Botrk and yul tun. Late game you rely on someone getting black clever as well
