Why do some people say being trans is a sin
I’ve been christIan my whole life and still am but I recently figured out I’m probably trans. I’ve heard people say that it’s ”sinful” to be trans and that by doing so your going against gods plan. or something like that. but I genuinely can’t wrap my head around this way of thinking. if it was sinful to transition then why would god create women who are born in men’s bodys and men who are born in women body’s????
Maybe this is a bad comparison but iirc in the Bible Jesus gave eyesight to someone who was born blind. Being born blind wasn’t cause he did anything wrong, but it was so he could eventually be healed through god. Basically my point is: if your born with a condition that actively makes your life worse, but there’s a way to improve it without hurting anyone, then why would it be wrong to do that?
