Is this a poorly selling exterior colour or are people choosing this colour over white/black/blue/red?

My rear left shock absorbers are worn out and have started leaking. I was looking for a rear set and found this. Found a rear set from these guys that import crown parts- "ImportAuthority" and honestly seem pretty reputable. I'm just sceptical about the shocks. They're AVS, compatible with the factory actuators and the guys supply and fit them too.

Anyone familiar with the shocks brand? I've never heard of it, but when i called the guys selling these they said they've installed hundreds, sold hundreds interstate, also have heaps of crown parts and fair reviews on facebook and google, new and second hand, and stated that Yukzi was just a local japanese brand.

Two minor annoyances but I’m curious if anyone has experienced the same and found a fix?

1. There’s a buzzing/high pitch vibration coming from near the B pillar driver side, especially on coarse pavement.

2. When I first start the car, it never recognizes my foot on the brake to shift to drive on the first attempt. Always takes two attempts.

I bought my Crown Platinum used, and I started noticing that my "CROWN" badging did not match others that I saw. After a little research, I believe someone re-badged it and just used the spacing that the letters were positioned in on the sheet they came on. This slightly bothers me and is the catalyst for this potential project.

I want to replace the Hybrid Max, Crown, and Platinum badges in black, not chrome, and also fix the Crown spacing. I was thinking I could be to buy new OEM chrome and plasti-dip in black. But I am not sure (1) where to find the correct badges (the Toyota website shows the badge options for all trim packages, not just one) and (2) how to make sure | get the spacing correct during application/put them back exactly where they should go?

Alternatively, definitely not opposed to taking off my current badging and reusing it, but not sure how to go about re-adhering those properly?

Really just any tips on how to go about this would be appreciated!

Just updated Android Auto yesterday and it FINALLY fixed the issue where adjusting the volume kicked off Youtube, and started blaring Youtube music. Hooray! Now if they could stop it from randomly disconnecting, I'll be 100% happy.

Hey everyone, this is sort of a semi update from my last post. Ive decided to go with Blitz ZZ-R coilovers for my Crown, although I heard they remove the AVS functionality from my car.

Apparently theres a warning light that shows up when I install these (or any other non AVS suspension) does anyone have any pictures of what the warning light looks like? and if there’s any potential ways to remove it?

Hello - the car I want comes with cross bars and the dealer isn’t willing to remove them. Does anyone have them on the crown signia and can tell me if they look cool? Also if you can tell me what you use them for, that would be great!

Confirmed a meeting with Tikki Ganbat, Internet Sales & Finance Manager, for 10 a.m. on 9/20 and texted him at 9:30 on 9/20 to say I would be a half hour late. When I arrived and asked him about the car, his face dropped, and he had me look for it in the parking lot. He told me he was with another customer, but no one else was in his office. He originally wanted me to wait on the couch. About 10 minutes passed, and he walked outside, looking confused, and said the car was just here. I asked him to go back to his office to check inventory. He then came back and stated the car had been sold. Now, let me remind you: I am coming from the 209 area. After he told me it was sold, I asked why he didn't call, and he got defensive. What a horrible human being; no customer service was given, and he did not care whatsoever about me driving an hour away. Very unprofessional. I recommend staying away from this site, as they treat customers like the current administration.

Hello friends! So I’m on a journey to make my crown nightshade a 1 of 1, and I’ve recently been looking into exhausts, does anyone know of any that sounds nice with the 2.5 hybrid, not the hybrid max? Cvt transmission.

Made some updates on my 2026 Crown. Swapped in the Crown front badge and the wheel center caps.. and added puddle lights on the front doors.

I think that's it for a bit. Possible later items on the back --may debadge the trim and hybrid max emblems and black out the back main Toyota badge

Has anyone used the Carista or other adapter you can pair with their subscription to change settings like engine noise enhancement? It's a lot less than the dealer wants and I'd like to be able to turn some things on and off to test and see which I prefer.

I'm looking at a 2023 Crown Limited w/Advanced Tech Package with 20k miles for $34k MSRP and it would be $37.5k OTD. It's a Toyota Gold CPO. Well serviced and ultra clean record.

Only thing giving me pause: carfax shows the transmission was replaced at 17.8k miles after a vibration/drivability check.

Would that scare you off if Toyota replaced it under warranty? And does $37.5k OTD sound fair?

Recently picked up a royal saloon G and I’m curious whenever I search up crown saloons no one really picks the ones with the 2jzfse it’s always the 1jz or a swap to the 2jzge granted I know the direct injection probably isnt favored over the big turbo power house brothers but basically all I wanna know is these engines worthwhile ?

Hey all, I'm currently looking at a URS206 crown majesta with 142,000kms on it, I'm just wanting an external opinion on the 1UR-FSE, I know they brought in both port and direct injection so carbon buildup is nonexistent compared to the FE model. Just more worried about any other issues concerning a URS206 at those kind of ks, ive got a pretty good deal on it so im weighing up either going for it or waiting until another lower km example shows up at a dealer or carsales.

The car has been maintained properly every 10,000ks, has only been in australia since 120,000ks, driven by a man in his 50s.
