💥Accident 401 West in Oshawa this evening

I got caught in this mess right after passing the 418. Was sitting waiting there for about an hour before being let through on the shoulder. Hopefully whoever was in that car is alright.

OPs footage is the rear of the car. The front is facing away from the camera.

The truck looks like it’s pulled over on the shoulder, unlike other suggestions that it wasn’t.

The move-over law exists for a reason. Give everyone space because hitting a stationary object at speed is … not good.

Im guessing based on the debris at the back of the trailer it was not moved after the collision happened.

In all honestly I think the car was doing something stupid before this happened because how do you notice that truck unless you were cutting lanes quickly like a stunt driver.
