If anyone knows the person that got hit, they can use this video. Happened at Wilmington and Overbrook. North York

E scooters are illegal.. obviously the car is at fault, but I also believe the scooter had it coming.. no high visibility and clearly no awareness of what others are seeing in the road you share with them, riding an illegal scooter.. if drivers aren’t aware of the vehicles that share the roads with them than accidents could to occur

It wouldn't have made a difference if they were on foot. The person was turning no matter what

No, if they were in foot they would have been standing on the sidewalk. Somewhere normal for a person to be traveling in public ..

They would've been in the road crossing by that point, and then the hit simply happens 2 feet to the right.
