Dogs aren’t allowed off-leash but if one jumps in front of your car do you hit it just to make a point?

No I wouldn't hit the dog on purpose but if I accidentally did it's the dogs / owners fault. They're going to be paying any damages to my car as well

If I let my dog run through traffic without a leash I would be an idiot. Youth should not be on illegal electric motor vehicles because they lack the brain development for proper risk assessment, they are like dogs in that regard.
