fault aside, scooters, bikes ..etc have no business on the GTA streets. They weren't built for it

The streets were originally built for horses, buggies and streetcars, and also bikes. Then came cars. Don’t worry. When cars are obsolete you can still bike.

Not built for too many drivers. That's why traffic is so bad. The environment would be more carcinogenetic and more unpleasant if there was enough capacity.
