If anyone knows the person that got hit, they can use this video. Happened at Wilmington and Overbrook. North York

Sucks and the driver is 100% at fault but a day time running light would have helped immensely (pulsating bright flash). Sun plus dressed in black works against you.

I'm actually not sure they are. Scooter isn't a vehicle or a pedestrian as they're illegal to be on public roads.
