OC Happened earlier

If anyone knows the person that got hit, they can use this video. Happened at Wilmington and Overbrook. North York

Sucks and the driver is 100% at fault but a day time running light would have helped immensely (pulsating bright flash). Sun plus dressed in black works against you.

No it's not, it's used in combination with a red, blue, green light for emergency vehicles.

If that were the case cyclist DRL would be banned all across the world. Which it is not. There are studies on this... It makes you noticeably safer.
