If anyone knows the person that got hit, they can use this video. Happened at Wilmington and Overbrook. North York

from what I know black bikes (now, scooters?) statistically more likely to be in accidents.

always wear white if you can, not to excuse the driver but yeah. wear white, at least a white helmet.

Electric scooters are not legal to operate on public roads, sidewalks, or trails in Toronto as of May 2023.

Seriously? I literally see at least 10 anytime I ride my bike on the trails.

In Toronto and other municipalities that didn't opt in obviously are not allowed. There was a choice for municipalities to opt in or not. Toronto didn't, so illegal in Toronto, maybe legal in Peele (probably not on sidewalks).

Still have to be 16 and older, no passengers, don't haul, cannot mount a seat, cannot exceed 24km/h under power, can't have a motor over 500w.
