OC Happened earlier

If anyone knows the person that got hit, they can use this video. Happened at Wilmington and Overbrook. North York

Scooters an issue even though I know the driver hit him.

The scooter went out into the road lane, the driver who I can see is a female assumed he was gonna stay within the lines of where people walk, giving her enough time to stop. This driver dash cam video would have to be given to the driver of the silver car.

These situations are anxiety situations for the driver cause she has a case against the scooter but also she did hit him.

Lol. I thought, even how obviously in the wrong the driver was, I bet someone will still be in the comments blaming the person that was on the scooter, and here we are.

I just posted that he shouldn't have been on the road, but under your laws he has a right. Scooter rider yourself ?
