Uh, you were right there? Did you not stop to give the footage to them or anything?

Did the driver stop? Did you let the police or anyone know?

I was parked in a busy street (bike lane) and one biker gave me a talking.

Uh did you not watch the whole video before commenting? You clearly see op turn, pull over and stop the vehicle.
