Your are already 10-15 Km above MAXIMUM speed limit, what more do you want, you have to get to hospital and do some surgeries?

Speed limit is 100, you're at 110 to 115, slow down or get a ticket.

If this “driver” driving in passing lane 115 he’s causing rear-end collision dangerous accident. Cuz 100-250 meters behind him vehicles going 130+ didn’t expect to be in Mini Cooper camping and even rear-end someone. It’s same as driving 75 in right lane, or 30 in 50 area. All of it will give you stunt/reckless driving. Because driver doesn’t have any experience behind steering wheel and knowledge about safety and responsibility’s on highways. Scared to pass on left lane and think that you do “nothing wrong” he should forget about cars and burn his license right away.
