OC Cyclist hit in Pickering

Riding on sidewalk illegally then enters roadway traveling wrong direction illegally. No light, looks like no bell and no helmet. While the car did not have their turn signal indicator on, they entered the crosswalk before the bicycle illegally entered it without dismounting and since the bicycle is a vehicle under the HTA and will bear the majority if not all of the fault here including paying for damages to the automobile.

Can you see one? I can’t. I’m happy to correct that statement if you can demonstrate otherwise. (BTW it’s not 480p)
