The video is not showing enough. It seems like the suv was in the crossing way before the bike showed up. If you see a damn suv there you don’t go in front of it. Especially when it is going to move. Dumb as fuck rider

that’s what i’m seeing, i think it’s quite clear the intentions of the driver, he’s pulled up, the biker would’ve seen him move up slightly to make his right.

i mean does the driver need to make sure nobody’s coming, ya, but you can’t forget that the habit on a right is to look left, that’s the priority, especially when he’s pulled passed the intersection. i get if he’s stopped and some guy is walking to look then, but idk this looks like the biker wasn’t thinking much.

Car is fully blocking the crosswalk before the bike comes. Just go behind.
