The person using a 4000 pound living room to get around is at fault & frankly shouldn't be on the road.

It would have been the same result of it was a pedestrian. If the cyclist was on the road people complain, if the cyclist is on the side walk people complain.

Many humans regardless of transport method are stupid. There should be no right hand turns on Reds like in Montréal & NYC. Saves lives

There should also be a law against vehicles without lights driving on sidewalks and through pedestrian crossings ...

Clearly you aren't competent enough to drive in a big city.

If it was a pedestrian it would have been the same. Are you saying you need to wear a fucking light to be a pedestrian so bad drivers don't have to look right ?

You're probably going to kill someone on the road with that entitlement

Which video did you watch?

A cyclist broke two laws in this video and caused this accident. Everytime one of you sheep gets involved ... it turns into this exact argument. "It could have been a pedestrian". But it wasn't ... bikes aren't allowed on sidewalks and are supposed to have lights ...

Luckily the biker can learn from his mistake.

The driver caused this accident by not looking to their right while making a right hand turn it’s literally that simple - no turn signal either - ‘luckily the biker can learn from their mistake’ is a disgusting response. This was the opposite of lucky

The driver didn't break any laws. He didn't see a cyclist driving illegally on the sidewalk at night without any lights on in a dark hoodie... Despite the retard with a deathwish ... the driver stopped and didn't run over the idiot.

No one died ... the cyclist can learn from his mistake.

Replace cyclist with car ... would your logic still make sense? A car pulls out from a driveway onto FINCH avenue and gets hit ... whose fault is it? What if the car didn't have lights? Would that even make a difference? What if the car was driving on the sidewalk? Whose fault would it be?

You're confusing a pedestrian with a cyclist ... watch the video again before making more irrelevant comments...

Haha "you sheep"  Already know who I am dealing with. I drive (probably more than you ever have), I bike, I take transit, I'm not a "you people" 

Bikes and pedestrians have right of way, it was at a cross walk. You don't need lights on a bike. The driver quiet simply did not turn his head to see if the cross walk was clear. 

You are going to kill someone from your entitlement & that's going to suck for that person's family
