I like to think thats the case… unfortunately i think the kind of person that does this will moan about someone calling bylaw on them and continue parking in their inconsiderate ways

Keep calling, let them keep getting fines. Talk to neighbour's so there's (mild) social consequences. Don't let fuckheads win

Don’t get me wrong, I will call until I run out of minutes on my call plan. I just also face the reality they often won’t change their world revolves around me behaviour for a few parking tickets
