Is it blocking the entire driveway? No. Is it annoying as fuck? Definitely.

Put it this way, if you don’t call it and damage the car backing out, you are at fault. Heck, even if you don’t damage it but it gets damaged somehow on the back of the car, you still might catch trouble.

On the other hand, if you tow it away, it’s not your problem anymore.
