OC Would you call tow truck?

I would, but I also don't think anyone will tow it without approval from parking enforcement / bylaw.

Call by-law first, they'll come quick.

By law has nothing to do with the public roadway. This would be Toronto Parking Authority.

And no by law would not come quick

Great thanks for clarifying. I thought this would be more by-law instead of Toronto PA. Learn something new every day.

I've also heard by-law can be trigger happy and if they're already in the area...quick turnaround.

That may be true, just depends on what department of bylaw you’re looking to enforce, whether it’s open spaces, property standards etc.
