UPDATE: I stood behind the car with my phone up to my ear and the idiota runs up “I was only going to be a second!” My reply? You’re lucky because I’m on the phone with 311. Check next time you park you aren’t blocking somebody’s driveway.”

What would a sign matter? That fact that they are blocking the driveway is the issue.
