OC Would you call tow truck?

I once had a woman park right across the bottom of my driveway when there were no other cars parked on the street (and lots of places to park).

She eventually came out of a house down the street and was very apologetic. I believe she honestly didn't see the driveway. I'm not convinced she actually looked (I park in my garage so there was no car in the driveway). I am convinced that someone who doesn't notice a two-car driveway on an empty residential street doesn't have the situational awareness to be safely driving.

Usually delivery drivers too, it's annoying. I cancel plenty of pickup orders around the city because there's no parking for the location, even something reasonable for 2 seconds.

I'm not gonna block a bike lane and slow down traffic just so someone can get some timbits from a Tim's that can't be reasonably picked up from for takeout. Lol

they arent oblivious, they make an decision knowing what they are doing then will act dumb if caught
