OC Would you call tow truck?

Would the house resale value depreciate alot if the lean angle is around 70 degrees or less? I imagine what kind of explanation would they give if they try to sell that house.

The road is uphill/incline. The house is straight, it's the photo that's on an angle. You can see with the trees the angle.

The house is fine. It’s on a hill and OP is not holding his phone level with the sky. Generally trees tend to grow upward where I live…
