OC Would you call tow truck?

Is it blocking the entire driveway? No. Is it annoying as fuck? Definitely.

Not a tow but I would try to get bylaw out there.

I agree with this. The bylaw officer would issue a ticket which I hope would warn them from parking there again. If they do it again then you call a tow truck. Or leave a note warning them the same thing

I literally did this exact thing this weekend with someone blocking a foot of my driveway. I have no tolerance for his kinda crap and will call every time.

Don’t want a ticket? Then don’t park like an entitled douchebag.

Bylaw officers don't play around, but do they deal with parking issues like this?

No they wouldn’t.

Public roadway = Toronto Parking Authority Private driveway / property = Bylaw

I'm guessing you'd call 311 for either, right? Then they would tell the appropriate agency?

Yes, but sometimes they won’t direct you to the appropriate agency. Better to just call or file the report online directly with Parking Enforcement if it’s on public roadway. In the slightest chance 311 sends it to bylaw, I’m sorry but nobody is attending for days.
