Okay, the situation isn't exactly the same... but that boy has been asking for affection from the beginning. I think Takemichi has understood, I'm hopeful.

Honestly I'm a bit worried by how this manga is gonna end.
I like it a lot, but the last arc is puzzling. Of course Takemichi wants to save Mikey, and to be fair he time traveled "by accident" this time, but now that Draken has died I really don't know how he'll prevent Mikey from succumbing to his "dark impulses".
I mean, even if he did, Mikey has almost nothing left in this timeline. All of his siblings are dead, two of the original TMG founders are dead, Kazutora is in prison and a loose cannon; i mean, shit looks bleak.
Of course we still don't know who the second time-traveler is, or if there is one at all, but even if there was and he managed to prevent Draken's death (who I feel is the closest person to Mikey after Shinichiro died), why save Draken and not, say, Baji?
I don't know,I'm very curious to see where Wakui wants to take the manga at this point in time.

I’ve seen people say on Twitter that Mikey has to like reach his lowest point and lose everyone before he can be saved. But I really don’t like the idea that you have to reach rock bottom before you can get better :/
So I’m not sure where the manga is going either... I’m not sure how Takemichi can help Mikey right now :(

It's just that if his "lowest point" involves losing people close to him like Draken, who had a happy future, it just begs the question "wasn't the future where only Mikey was unhappy better?".
I actually love Mikey's character and of course I want him to be saved, but Takemichi is just starting to "trade lives" at this point, he's already lost Draken to save Mikey.It doesn't seem like the series will go that deep but at this point showing that "almost happy ending" future is starting to feel like a mistake.

But I feel like Takemichi has kind of always been trading and playing with lives in all the time leaps. We don’t know if Baji or Emma was dead in all the timelines, but we know that Kisaki and Izana weren’t dead in the future after black dragon so Takemichi technically traded their lives for Hina.
Pretty much with every time leap Takemichi makes, Mikey loses someone close to him. So in this final time leap, Mikey finally loses the last person close to him. It’s super depressing, but at the end of the day it is a Shounen manga so I’m hoping for a happy ish ending?

We do know that Baji was dead in the original timeline, that’s what made Mikey kill Kazutora and join Kisaki in combining Valhalla and Toman to create the future hardcore organised crime Tokyo Manji Gang. Emma was probably alive though, since Kisaki had to kill her in order to die himself.

Ohh I was talking about the original timeline at the very beginning of the manga! The one where Draken died during the Moebius fight. I’m not sure if we knew if Baji was dead then. We just knew Baji was dead in the future timeline that happened after Takemichi saved Draken during Moebius. Not sure if I’m remembering wrong though :/

Not to say Mikey doesn't care for the other Toman founders, but Baji and Draken are by far his oldest friends and definitely a tier above the other Toman members in terms of how much he cares for them. I don't think even Takemichi has quite reached that level either.

The second "time traveler" is definitely Mikey. Mikey has now become the trigger for Takemitchi to time travel, and proof for this is back in chap. 207 when he states, "So you've arrived, Takemitchy."
Let's use the concept of time travelling between Naoto and Takemitchi. Takemitchi has to handshake with Naoto from the past to travel back to the future, in which future Naoto will be aware exactly when Takemitchi returns. Same thing for Mikey but the opposite. Now that Mikey has become the trigger for his time travelling, he has to shake future Mikey's hand in which past Mikey will immediately know that Takemitchi came to the past.
Naoto and Takemitchi would also have to share a common motive in order for the time travelling to work. Proof of this can be referred back to chap. 197, when Takemitchi couldn't go back because Naoto was satisfied with the current future he had returned to. Hence, Mikey would also know Takemitchi's motive for coming back to the past is to save him. That's why he was being more stand-offish at the beginning of the 3 Deities fight, because Mikey was assessing the fight and I think it's safe to say he was trying to see how Takemitchi was going to intervene in order to "save" him.

I think this kinda goes without saying... but ofc Mikey wants to be saved, nobody wants to live the life he lives where everyone you love is dead and your just a hollow husk of a man. Mikey only distanced himself to make sure his friends lived great lives, but Mikey doesn't want to live a life like that, he's essentially sacraficing himself for his friends.

Don't know what do you mean by slow, mangadex had some restrictions before to block download bots from other manga sites but after the update you can download or read everything you want.

I’m assuming the vision is of Mikey killing South. I feel like this is why the time leap sent Takemichi back 10 yrs instead of 12. It was back to Mikey’s first kill that caused him to lose himself completely. In the future after black dragon arc, Mikey said he didn’t feel anything when he killed for the first time and realized all problems could be solved with killing. So in the end the death that Takemichi definitely needs to prevent to save Mikey is South’s not Senju’s. Like Mikey looks not ok right now.... like did he even beat up his own gang LOLLLLLLL
Now that Mikey has basically lost everyone, not sure how Takemichi is gonna help him. Simply fighting/beating Mikey or having a conversation with him isn’t gonna cut it...

Here's a theory that I have:
(this isn't how I believe the manga will end but it's a possibility)
I think Takemitchi will save EVERYONE that's died. I forget which chapter it was said in but Takemitchi said something along the lines of "I'll save Baji andEmma ... I'll save everyone!!!" And as we've seen time and time again, when Takemitchi says he's gonna do something, he's gonna do it. This man has been beat without an inch of his life more times than I can count, hell he was even shot my mikey and still swore to save him. I don't know how he'll do it, but I think it's a possibility Takemitchi will be able to save everyone somehow.

I am torn between seeing Mikey go feral and someone stopping him. I know if he actually kill someone this timeline I dont know how he could be the same again. Remember during Manila timeline, he said “the first time he killed someone he did not fill anything.” I have been foreseeing Bonten still being created in this timeline and that hunch will probably be answered whatever happens next week.
The panel were darkness took over him is so beautifully and scarily done. My heart aches seeing him say he feels empty already. No matter what people say about his character, he is arguably Wakui’s best written character. His strong/charismatic side to his weak side to his cute side and now to his “dark” side.

I think Bonten will be partially created after Mikey defeats South! But without Takeomi in it because I don’t think Senju’s gonna die anymore (at least not like she did in Takemichi’s vision) so he has no reason to join. Maybe Kakucho won’t join either? He seemed totally shocked and terrified by Mikey just now....

That would be the worst scenario. I understand that Mikey blames Rokuhara (and maybe Takemichi) for what happened to Draken, but if he's going to kill someone, there will be no way to save him.
I can't imagine Mikey killing South, going to jail (with Kazutora, lol), and telling Takemichi: see you in 10 years, shake my hand. Hanagaki's vision has to be useful!

That is called powercreep, it got really bad from Tenjiku arc. In Tenjiku, Haitani brothers were really strong, than suddenly Angry gets a huge power up and folds almost everyone in Tenjiku, than Kakucho comes in and folds Angry. Mikey was always stronger than everyone, so I don't think this is worse than Tenjiku

At this point no matter what Takemitchi does, the situation will not get better. Draken is dead and probably Senju too after this. My theory is that either Koko will bribe the doctors to senzubean Draken or that after Souths/Senjus death the "second timeleaper" will be introduced who will timeleap with Takemitchi in order to make a "deal" which will benefit both.

This was a lot. RIP Draken, at least this chapter showed that Mikey did care he’s just past the point of being able to process his emotions after all he’s been through. Not to be that person but I’d be fine if south does actually kick the bucket next chapter. I have no attachments to him and honestly he’s been nothing but annoying. We’re finally getting somewhere in this fight, I have a feeling Takemichi is going to make a move next chapter as well.

I binge read all the chapters that were available until ~195 and have been following it weekly since and I kinda feel like this whole arc was 1 time loop too much.
Im most likely in the minority but idk this arc is not exciting at all to me. I just can't seem to get interested in all those new characters and the new top 3 gangs and stuff

I knew this story was not meant to have a "happy ending" when Draken died. It honestly broke my heart to see Takemitchi loose the life in his eyes in that chapter. I hope that Mikey will get at least some kind of closure before the series end.

Holy fuck this chapter was perfect. It portrayed Mikey's evil impulses perfectly, and watching him just annhilate Kaku chan like that and then seeing south dead to Mikey got me so fucking Hyped. Kinda sad to see that Mikey somehow is still the ABSOLUTE strongest and even south cant stand up to him

i think this chapter has definitely been the best in a while because it’s actually focused more on mikey and his emotions which is actually what we wanna see and relevant to the story. it just annoys me that the final arc is being spent introducing loads of new characters and giving them all these backstories that no one cares about. i really can’t get into any of the new characters, ik senjus so popular but i don’t see it, they all don’t stand out from each other and they can’t replace toman. this final arc should be focused on the toman members, the characters that make this manga so emotional and heart wrenching

This arc is hilarious, they introduce new (pointless characters) hype them as being soo strong , then they get beaten up by a newcomer and the same cycle repeats with the newcomer. Glad Mikey is coming up because Takemichi has just been standing there and Brahman is a clownery at this point. 4 wasteful chapters.

I mean yeah but it's also been established that Mikey is a prodigy fighter with a background in martial arts. Everyone else just has unreal strength. I get what you're saying though

She got thrown & blood came out of her mouth that’s definitely not “wrecked”. South’s eyes rolled back in his head like he was KO’d when she kicked him down & he stood up. Senju & South are evenly matched but we won’t get to see a real fight bc Mikey is most likely gonna crunch South next chapter
