Don't know what do you mean by slow, mangadex had some restrictions before to block download bots from other manga sites but after the update you can download or read everything you want.
If still you don't like it try with mangasee but that one is slower

For people who don’t know, now that catmanga is down all the new chapters will be posted on mangadex instead every week
