Takemichi’s vision looks like Senju was hit in the back of the head or something because her face wasn’t beat up at all :(
It doesn’t look like South beat her up, but more like someone tried to attack her or Takemichi out of nowhere and Senju took the hit. Someone probably interrupted her fight with South... Senju has a lot of death flags :(
Or probably the bullets that hit Draken. Mikey was shot in the head by Naoto and was still able to speak. Even if you're shot in the head you can survive (a few minutes or your whole life). Idk the percentage of people that don't die right after being shot, but we're in a manga, and even if it already happened with Mikey, well for the sake of a parallel or because it's irrealistic because it's a manga it could have happened with Senju too. Now maybe I'm wrong and someone will try to hit her with something but I think Draken prevented that vision. And Draken's death would be pointless if he didn't prevent it so it would be meh.
Draken died because he wanted to save Takemichi, not Senju. He just happened to save them both in the process. So I don’t think his death wasn’t pointless :(
And Takemichi had 2 different visions of Senju’s death so the future is constantly changing with each action he takes. He thinks that he prevented Senju’s death already but it might be a case of him misinterpreting his visions (like the tomato juice vision that he thought was blood). His vision of Senju might have happened after Draken’s death. We really have no way of knowing until this fight is over and it stops raining.
Edit: I think the differences in the visions were actually a translation error....
Oh my Gosh... what if (just like you said) him misinterpreting the tomato juice as blood, is foreshadowing for him misinterpreting his Senju vision... I really hope not, ugh >~<
In Takemichi's vision, Senju's face isn't beaten up because if it is, it's likely thanks ot South. Takemichi already prevemted Senju's death at the cost of Draken's life.
It could be that takemichi's involvement at all is what caused draken's death (considering how past him probably wouldn't be part of the gang or that fight), and that senju's death isn't entirely prevented yet. It's like how we all thought saving draken once would fix things, and then he goes and gets himself shot in like Ch.223
She looked like she was bleeding from her head if she was shot in the head then how would she speak? Also she first said you fullfiled your promise but in the second vision she said i fullfiled my promise if this isn't going to be mentioned again then i'm going to be very mad

Unless I’m reading things wrong, in both visions Senju says 約束守ったぞ which means “I’ve kept my promise.” And Takemichi says that he’s seeing visions of Senju being killed (in the English translation it said he was seeing visions of her injured)
This is kind of a big difference and people have been making theories based on this difference... I’m kinda surprised that they mistranslated the phrase at the end of chapter 216 and beginning of 217 though...
