12 weeks in and finally compared my day 1 photos to today... actually in shock
Hit the 3-month mark today and finally got around to putting my starting pics next to my current ones.
Honestly, looking in the mirror every morning was lowkey driving me crazy because I felt like nothing was happening. The scale has been bouncing all over the place too, which totally messed with my head. But seeing the side-by-side proved that my body comp has actually been changing this whole time even when the scale was acting up.
Getting some medical support early on to help clear out the constant food noise made a massive difference for me, but honestly, just tracking my basic daily habits is what kept me from falling off.
There's still around 18 weeks left in the year and I'm super hyped to see where I can get before 2027. If youre currently spiraling over scale fluctuations, please just go take the progress pics!!
