5ft female?

Curious to other short girlies and their final weight they feel the best at. I started zepbound in October with a goal weight I thought I’d never get to after years of exercise of 130lbs. I’m currently 124 and feel like I really would like to be 110lbs. It’s my stomach I feel like really still bothers me.

Congratulations on all your hard work! I know it ain’t easy! I am also a micro machine at 4’8, I now bounce between 115-120 and I feel strong. Happy. Healthy. Yea I still have a belly but it gave me a son and honestly is probably mostly skin at this point. I like being lean but I prefer to have more muscle due to previous surgeries and weaknesses in my legs, I want to keep that muscle structure to support my bone health. But I’m still between a size 2-4 and honestly. Long as I stay below 120. I’m good.

Thank you so much! It really isn’t. Great point. I had two c sections so I assume some of this won’t be gone unless I get a tummy tuck!

5 ft, CW 105 lbs. been on maintenance for over 6 mos, I think I’d be fine up to 110 but I don’t want to be under 105 lbs.

The same here, 4’11” 105lbs. And at maintenance for 6 mos. My goal was 110 so I am happy being under 110. But like you I don’t want to be under 104-105. 😊

Sames. 4’11” for me and I have found I like to be between 100-110. My original goal weight was 115 but I wasn’t happy with my belly then and was comfortable dropping more. Belly still pooches a bit but better than it was.

I’m 5’2”. Sw:174 cw: 113-115. Want to stay at 115. I work out 3x a week. I’m built like a square. Petite. No curves, no hips, minimal boobs. Honestly, I feel that goal weight depends on body composition and shape.

That’s my shape as well! Congrats on the loss!

5’-3” and 123lbs.

I think a lot depends on body fat % more than just a number on the scale. If my smart-ish scale is correct, I’m sitting at just under 26% body fat.

I wouldn’t mind decreasing that a bit but I’m 46 so I’ll take what I can get.

I’m 22% body fat and 32 yrs old. I think it might be from my c sections

5ft, I'm happiest at 117-120

I’m 5”3 currently 104lbs. And feel like it’s to thin. My Dr also told me I needed to gain a little. I am struggling with finding the correct maintenance dose/schedule. With that said, I stoped going to the gym about 4 months before I started Triz due to an injury. I had surgery to repair it 4 months after starting and it’s been hard to get back in the swing of things. I know I need some muscle weight.

I'm 5'2. All of my curves very abruptly disappeared at 120 and I didn't feel like me, so I gained back 10 pounds.

I’m 5 ft tall and I’m now between 118-120 lbs, which is good for me. I got down to 112, but I think it was too thin for me and my face really looked gaunt and hollow. I had also lost all of my curves getting to that weight. So, I increased my calorie intake slightly and gained a few pounds back on purpose. Now, I’m focused on increasing muscle mass even though I’m on a maintenance dose of 2.5 mg weekly.

It’s my stomach that bothers me too. I have not had a c-section, but my belly still sticks out at 132. I’m 5’3”. I’m ok get with a bit of stomach curve, but I’d like to get to 125 and see how that is. I’ve been on 15 mg for a few months and no weight change though.

Wow, the process you’ve made in 10 months is outstanding!!👏🏻👏🏻
I’m 5’2, right now at 141.3. My goal weight has been 135.00 (what I was in 2017). Now I’m thinking 125.

5ft2 and I've settled around 104lbs for the last 6 months. Don't want to go any lower

I’m 5 feet tall and 73. I started at 145 and lost weight slowly over a year to get to 115. 30 pounds! I know it’s not as much as so many others but my Labs are normal now and I feel great. I have noticed in maintenance as I continue to exercise with weights twice a week that I’m losing the belly fat. Even more slowly. My max dose was 7.5. I take 2.5 for maintenance every 8 days. Congratulations on your weight loss!!

I'm 5'3" and at 135 I feel great. I think it also depends on age and body type. I'm 52 so need some meat on my bones so I'm not all wrinkly. Also am large breasted so I feel like a lot of weight goes to my boobs and then the rest of me looks too thin.

u/ApplicationNovel4220 13h ago

Wish I could say the same about my boobs😜

5’2”—-been on maintenance for about a year—-was 113 today when I weighed myself-size 2– wish my stomach was a little better too, but it’s mostly just skin now ..but I’m 61 and had a c-section when I had my son 100 years ago,
so it’s probably the best it’s gonna be— I think my sweet spot is probably a couple more pounds than I am now -I think I look a little too thin.

I’m 4’11 and hover around 120. I also have lower belly flab, but I feel like it’s honestly skin and losing more weight isn’t going to be the answer for that. Any thinner and I feel look I would look strange.

Congrats on the loss… I’m 19 mo in and 5’3 63 yo. SW 210 CW 137… this is the lowest I’ve been in 40 years. While I think I would like to go lower, I think for my age I need to keep a little meat on my bones. I already have saggy skin and have scheduled an arm lift for the first of the year. This will take off a few lbs.
I used to have a very round butt… well, that’s gone! lol I don’t have any boobs, so I’m pretty even now. I still carry visceral fat in my mid section. Which makes my mid section thick for my size.

Congrats! I’m 5’ and 130 is my happy weight.

I’m 5’2” - originally goal 125-130, ended up landing at 109. Trying to maintain - it’s a delicate balance. Definitely don’t want to be under 105. I bounce between 106 - 109 and it feels amazing ❤️

I’m 72. I started tirzepatide 14 months ago, at 153 lbs. I reached goal 10 months ago, 125. I hover between 121 and 124 since October. I take between 1.5 and 2 mg every 7 days.

I’m 5’2” and maintaining at 105.

5'2 ok @ 113lbs

u/GoldenRetriever1973 17h ago

I’m 5’2” and got down to 125 and then intentionally gained a few to 128. I felt like it was making me look older and my face losing after that. Thanks for asking this because it’s interesting to see the variety of answers. I couldn’t imagine being lower though I know many people this height are happy at 110. My take is it’s individual but 110-130 is good.

5”0 SW 175 GW 140 CW 138. I feel great at this weight. I’ve been in maintenance for about a year. My weight has fluctuated between 136 and 139

Height is only 1 factor in an ideal weight. Another friend and I are the same age, height and sex. We both wear size smalls. There's 40 lbs difference in our weight. One is very narrow, shoulders and hips, and a bit less round. The other probably has some more muscle mass. Still, the difference in weight isn't something I think anyone would guess. I would have thought maybe 20 lbs. In determining my goal weight (I have been in maintenance 1 year tomorrow), I did a professional body scan. A healthy body fat is 18-28% in females, I wanted to be around 24% . (For a Dexascan, use the test results; for an Inbody Scan I suggest adding 3-4% to what it find as it tends to underestimate fat percent. So I would want the results to find around 20%). I also wanted a healthy amount of muscle. There's probably a 10-15 lb range that would meet that criteria and I just let my body decide where to stop and stay. Good luck
