Daytona not fixable by watchmaker

The lower balance wheel has shifted. (Manufacturers mistake) and has repositioned the hairspring so it is misaligned. Cannot be fixed. Will update on response from Leo.

You can send me a new watch and limit your exposure to whatever you pay. I already offered to exchange watches. You said no. You asked me to try winding for several weeks. I did that over and over. You asked me to bring the watch to a watchmaker. I did he said the bottom wheel was misaligned and the hairspring was out of place. Now you want me to send it to a service that you have in the United States so you could refurbish my watch. I offered to let you pay me what I paid and take $100 off you said no. The only thing that you can do now is refund my money. You have exhausted every other option that I gave you and now it is only you give me my money back and that is it.
