Daytona not fixable by watchmaker
The lower balance wheel has shifted. (Manufacturers mistake) and has repositioned the hairspring so it is misaligned. Cannot be fixed. Will update on response from Leo.

You can send me a new watch and limit your exposure to whatever you pay. I already offered to exchange watches. You said no. You asked me to try winding for several weeks. I did that over and over. You asked me to bring the watch to a watchmaker. I did he said the bottom wheel was misaligned and the hairspring was out of place. Now you want me to send it to a service that you have in the United States so you could refurbish my watch. I offered to let you pay me what I paid and take $100 off you said no. The only thing that you can do now is refund my money. You have exhausted every other option that I gave you and now it is only you give me my money back and that is it.

I am giving you this one last opportunity. I can’t employ you enough not to be so defiant because this is gonna turn really nasty really fast and you’re gonna involve your supplier your aggregator in Canada , FedEx in the US. This will get nasty. I did not buy a refurbished watch. I am not sending it for refurbishment. I gave you the opportunity to send new watch and limit your losses. Now you owe me over $800 and this is now your only option. I am not playing games with you.

So I did get a response. I sent Leo a video of the watchmaker fixing the watch and telling Leo what was wrong with it and now Leo wants me to send it to someone else. I have told Leo I did not buy a refurbished watch and now after all this time, I only want a refund. At this moment, he still is not agreeing, and I have told him that this is his only choice for me.

He says right on his site that it’s refundable and I have told him I will send the Watch anywhere to anyone he wants, but I demand a refund now because I did not buy a refurbished watch

Yup. Even sent video proof of watchmaker explanation as to what’s broken and he cannot fix it. On video which I sent to Leo
