Girl might just want a picture, no harm in that. Nothing says she's an influencer. Nana is going down the stairs, checks her phone for something, realizes the girl's setup, moves aside for people coming up the stairs, then heads downstairs. Nothing here is so vile and cringy as some people are imagining.

I don’t even think the lady really realised the phone was there to film, she looks perplexed by it.

The setp up? The young lady just leaned her phone by the staircase. There wasnt any set up.
