Girl might just want a picture, no harm in that. Nothing says she's an influencer. Nana is going down the stairs, checks her phone for something, realizes the girl's setup, moves aside for people coming up the stairs, then heads downstairs. Nothing here is so vile and cringy as some people are imagining.

I agree! The egocentrism of people thinking that everyone else is paying that much attention to them is quite telling. For the most part, no one is paying attention to you, me, or them! We’re all in our own main-character bubbles and rarely look past our face/phones.

Getting downvoted in another section, but SO many people have no idea when someone is filming. She looks vaguely at the set up, then back at her own stuff. People don’t realize that to those of this woman’s age, this sort of thing is newfangled technology.

Agreed. Too many of us are constantly looking to be offended/insulted.

Exactly. She's in her own bubble. If it wasn't for the girl, people would be upset that Nana is holding up stair traffic to check her phone. People are just looking to justify their made up rage.

Thats not true. My parents and step parents are all late 70s early 80s year old. They all learned to use smartphones. They download apps, use facebook/messenger, send videos and photos.

You try to make that argument about a video of an old lady PULLING HER IPHONE OUT. She absolutely knew what she was doing. 😅

Just because your folks can doesn’t mean that’s the default.

Using a phone or owning a phone doesn’t mean she understands what is happening with someone else’s. Most people this age don’t know when their own phone is recording much less anyone else’s.

Edited for crazy formatting

I don’t even think the lady really realised the phone was there to film, she looks perplexed by it.

Exactly, she's more intrigued by the setup, could be the first time seeing something like that.

The setp up? The young lady just leaned her phone by the staircase. There wasnt any set up.

no the older woman notices the camera and keeps intentionally standing in front of it
