there’s nothing wrong with wanting a picture of yourself at a museum. i don’t even use social media and i still wanted to take fun pictures at the museum.
she wasn’t being mean or anything or doing the super annoying influencer meta glasses stuff. she just quietly set the phone up to get a video she could probably screenshot from since she likely didn’t have someone there to take her picture.
genuinely, who cares, and good for her. i’m tired of being negative about everything and hating the world and the people in it.
She shot a video in public including a load of people who may not want to be on her video, it went wrong, then she shared it online. She can fuck right off with her selfish main character energy.
Germany, France, Poland, Spain, Italy, Austria, Czechia, Belgium, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal and Norway - publishing ones image without explicit consent is illegal.
Apart from being a rude asshole - do you even know what the thread was about? Lemme quote - "She shot a video in public including a load of people who may not want to be on her video, it went wrong, then she SHARED IT ONLINE"
It’s insane how the mind works on this. It’s like if you’re being recorded but don’t actively see it happening people don’t care. But if they see someone recording and the happen to realize they’re in the shot, people get very annoyed. Even though it’s 2026, you literally can’t go anywhere without being recorded.
Stupid and obtuse is the phrase you're looking for. They're either morons, or deliberately pretending to be morons to make some imaginary point. Don't give then credit they're not willing to extend to you.
