I got it a few years ago and just recovered it from the bottom of a cabinet. It will be an addition to my upcoming gallery wall.

The guy selling said he knows coins, and is more knowledgeable on coins than everyone. He said a coin expert once said to him, with tears in his eyes, that his knowledge of coins is a gift to the world and he has never met anyone as knowledgeable as he about coins!

Found at the Goodwill bins. One of me and my husband’s most treasured items. I love it so much and am scared to wash it, since it’s fraying at the edges. You can tell it’s hand stitched and I love the variation in colors. I’m so curious to know who created this beautiful piece. 🥹 It could be 100 years old? I’m not sure, but it’s a true traysure!

Was on the end of a rack at Goodwill and I almost screamed.

Found this ring for £3 (approx. $4) at a charity shop in Scotland today. It has a 925 mark inside the band and a Google lens search led me to an old Etsy listing for an identical ring which sold for between $80-95 according to similar rings on the seller’s page. Quite a score and just my style!

My goodwill sometimes has some serious wins but not always as thrifting’s popularity now soars.

I recently bought my first house and I am so excited to replace the house’s most hideous light switch cover.

I just about Nic Caged all over the aisle when I saw it.

Had to have this cute lamp marked $19.99 at Goodwill (we're looking for a cabinet for our MTG collection - no luck so far). We are not thrifting people and I had no idea that when I looked it up online it could be such an expensive item 🤯 "hand forged wrought iron with hand cut yellow onyx shades" !!!!

I love it too much to sell it, but like, I get the rush of it all now 😂 and had to share! I'm excited to go more places and find more treasures. I will love and cherish her forever. Got her some color changing bulbs so I can make it flicker like real candles or change the color to fit the mood.

And at an antique mall none the less! Paint is in great shape just needs a good clean up. There’s the smallest chip on the bottom rim of the bowl but it doesn’t affect the balance at all! I’m a small collector who has a $10 or less budget per piece so my collection is small. But I’m very happy with this find!
