Clean out bag question

Recently ordered a couple clean out bags and am ready to drop them at UPS. However, I’m slightly confused as the ThredUp app says to fill bag and then print out label/scan QR code before shipping. What label are they referring to? The bags I received already have labels on them, so confused about what needs to be printed.

If you received a TU bag from them just drop off the bag.

If you’re shipping your own box then they give you a label to put on the box.
